Not only owning the Lotus lounge, the Business Lounge network at other local airports in Vietnam and abroad (operated by Vietnam Airlines partners) will also bring passengers exciting experiences.

Standards for using Lotus Lounge at Noi Bai, Da Nang, Cam Ranh, Tan Son Nhat airport

Passengers use the Lotus Lounge for free at international and domestic terminals, if traveling on a flight operated by Vietnam Airlines and are one of the following passengers:

• Passengers buy Business class tickets;

• Million miles members of the Golden Lotus program and 03 guests (only guests traveling on flights operated by SkyTeam member airlines will use the lounge at the international terminal);

• Platinum members of the Golden Lotus program and 01 guest (only guests traveling on flights operated by SkyTeam member airlines will use the lounge at the international terminal);

• Gold member of the Golden Lotus program;

• Passengers invited to the lounge by Gold/Platinum/Million mile members of the Golden Lotus program when the member redeems miles for Business lounge rewards;

Passengers can use the Lotus Lounge at the international terminal for free if they are traveling on a flight operated by SkyTeam member airlines and are one of the following passengers:

• First class/Business class passengers;

• Elite Plus passengers of SkyTeam member airlines and 01 guest, including the guest traveling on a flight operated by Vietnam Airlines or SkyTeam member airlines.

Skyteam Elite Plus members and 01 guest can use the Lotus Lounge at the domestic terminal for free, where passengers connecting in Vietnam between flights operated by two Skyteam member airlines within 24 hours and guests traveling on flights operated by Vietnam Airlines.

Standards for using Business Lounges at other airports in Vietnam and abroad

Passengers can use Business Lounges for free at other airports in Vietnam and abroad, if traveling on a flight operated by Vietnam Airlines and are one of the following passengers:

• Passengers buy Business class tickets;

• Gold member of the Golden Lotus program;

• Million miles member of the Golden Lotus program and 03 guests, including guests traveling on flights operated by Vietnam Airlines or SkyTeam member airlines (only applies to Business Lounges at other Vietnamese airports Male);

• Million miles passenger/Platinum member of the Golden Lotus program and 01 guest, including the guest traveling on a flight operated by Vietnam Airlines or a SkyTeam member airline.

Passengers can use Business Lounges at foreign airports for free, if traveling on a flight operated by Vietnam Airlines and are one of the following passengers:

• First class/Business class passengers;

• Elite Plus members of SkyTeam member airlines are accompanied by 01 guest, including the guest traveling on a flight operated by Vietnam Airlines or a SkyTeam member airline.
